Senior Helpdesk Engineer
As our Level 3 Senior Help Desk Analyst, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of EBIT, providing quick and effective escalation point for our help desk team for our clients cybersecurity and IT challenges.
You'll use your expertise in Windows and Mac operating systems, business applications, Server Operating systems, cloud computing, DNS management, printing systems, and network systems to troubleshoot and resolve Medium to high-level complexity issues remotely.
